Evangelist Eley was born on July 25, 1932 to the late Cecil and Armental Battle in Nashville, North Carolina and moved to Virginia in 1941. She accepted Jesus Christ at the young age of 16 and entered the ministry in 1999. She is the mother of 5 children, 7 grand children and 11 great-grandchildren. When not talking about the goodness of the Lord, Evangelist Eley enjoys meeting people and doing what she can to help them have a happy day. Her hunger for the word of God over the years has enabled her to advance in her calling. Her passion is to minister to others, that they may share in the Glorious life, in the will of God, through the word of god and through spiritual insight. Evangelist Eley's favorite gospel song is, "How Great Thou Art," and her favorite scripture is Hebrews 12:14, "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord".
